Daring Session FAQ
Your daring session is right around the corner! So let's go over some frequently asked questions (and their answers) that ladies often having leading up to the big day.
What should I wear? I suggest limiting it to two outfits for a marathon spot, three or four outfits for a 60 minute session. The outfits are completely up to you! You can provide your own or choose from our client closet. There is a huge variety of pieces, and all you have to do is ask. All pieces will be washed and ready for your session. Whether you want a vintage white slip, sexy bodysuit, bra and panties, or the most extra frilly robe you have ever seen, I've got you covered (or not hehe). If you would rather wear a super fancy dress or a t-shirt or something of your own, that's fine too! I have seen ladies wear gorgeous, sexy lingerie from Victoria's Secret with stockings and stilettos. I have also seen some wear simply an oversized t-shirt and leg warmers or one of his button up shirts or simply a bra and panties. My favorite for lingerie, bodysuits, and bra/underwear is black. Black photographs well and adds beautiful contrast to the photos. Also love a jean jacket with some panties! Avoid bright neon colors (bright green, yellow, orange, etc.) - dark red or maroon however, is always a great idea!
How should I prepare for my session? Arrive with your hair done, ready to have your makeup done! For hair style, I suggest to embrace the messy, wavy bed head look. Wear something comfortable for while you get your makeup done + have a mimosa with us! Try to wear something that won't leave imprints and lines on your body. Once your makeup is done, you can change into your first outfit. I am available to help you decided what to wear and where to start! Bringing your baby along for a session? I have a pack n play and will help with the little one. Feel free to bring any necessary snacks or toys for your baby before and during the session.
How long until I get my photos? Usually, I will deliver your images via online gallery in around two weeks. I will always contact you if it will be longer. Each image is expertly edited, and I am not willing to compromise quality just to get them to you faster.
Where should I print my photos? Your session comes with a book of your 30 favorite images. 60 minute sessions come with a $50 print credit. These all come from a professional lab. Ordering print products through the lab is really the only way to ensure color accuracy and quality. You do receive your entire gallery to download and may purchase prints anywhere that you would like, but it is highly recommended that you order directly from your gallery. When you are paying a premium for high quality photos, why sacrifice when it comes to the actual product? If you absolutely do not want to order from your gallery, ask me for consumer lab recommendations.
How sexy will my session be? It is completely up to you! Daring sessions are about celebrating what makes YOU feel powerful. If that means being nude for you, go for it. If that means lingerie, hell yeah! If that means a modest slip or vintage lingerie and a robe or a dress or a tshirt or bra and panties - I am here for it. Our client closet pieces are available to you and have a lot of variety, but you are always welcome to bring your own pieces. Want to see past galleries? Just ask!
Will me images be posted? Not without asking you first! These images are deeply personal and often explicit. Don't want them to be shared? No problem. Only want your images shared in the private Facebook group? Sure thing. Your images remain private and will be in a private password protected gallery, accessible only by you. If I want to use your images for marketing and promotions, I will always ask for permission first and make sure I have your 100% go ahead!
How do I pay for my session? If you want to officially book a Daring Session, email me or head over here to book online, and I will send over an invoice that will also act as your contract and print release. A 50% retainer is due to reserve your session. The balance is due the date of your session.
